To commemorate India MS Day, the MSSI Mumbai Chapter, in association with Infiniti Mall, Malad, organized an Awareness Program on Multiple Sclerosis (MS) along with a magical evening of music and dance on February 7, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The event aimed to raise awareness about MS, promote MSSI’s services and encourage volunteer participation.
The program commenced with a warm welcome by Sundari Raju, Committee Member, MSSI Mumbai Chapter, who shared a brief message on MS and the organization’s initiatives.

- Special Performance by Devesh Mirchandani
A key highlight of the evening was a captivating performance by renowned Bollywood choreographer Devesh Mirchandani. In appreciation of his presence, he, along with his mother and sister, was presented with a token of gratitude. - Talent Showcase by MSPs and Their Families
MSPs and their families actively participated, showcasing their singing and dancing talents. Mr. Devesh Mirchandani acknowledged their efforts with a token of appreciation. - Awareness Announcements
At regular intervals, Sheela Chitnis, Co-founder & Chairperson of the Mumbai Chapter, along with Committee Members Mrs. Sundari Raju and Mr. Raj Dhyani, made announcements about MS and MSSI’s initiatives. Additionally, MS literature was distributed to mall visitors. - Formation of a Human Chain
As a powerful gesture of solidarity, participants formed a Human Chain, reinforcing the importance of MS awareness.
The event successfully generated significant awareness about MS among the general public at the mall. Overall, it was a memorable and engaging experience, bringing joy, enthusiasm, and a sense of community to all attendees.
